Murder on Main Street
About
Located in the Pacific Northwest, life on Shadow Rock Island is slow, and gossip is the island's main news source. When the local hot dog vendor is found murdered and stuffed inside his cart, Shadow Rock Sentinel reporter Remy Chase is on the scene. Remy's interest in the case goes beyond a responsibility to inform the public, as her elderly neighbor, Norma, is taken into the police station for questioning. Not only is murder a new phenomenon on the island, but equally new is Sheriff James Anderson Bluemoon, who is not only faced with the island's first serious crime, but also tight-lipped residents who don't trust outsiders. When the island's ferry is shut down, everyone on Shadow Rock is trapped with a killer who is one of their own. It's up to Remy to clear her friend's name, find the real killer, and unweave a confusing web of clues before another resident faces an equally unpleasant fate.
